Ennakkoilmoittautuminen
Olemme tankotanssi- ja joogakoulu aivan Jyväskylän sydämessä. Löydät tuntivalikoimastamme myös ilma- ja lattia-akrobatiaa, tanssia sekä kehonhuoltotunteja! Meille kaikki ovat tervetulleita juuri sellaisina kuin ovat ja meidän rento ja lämminhenkinen ilmapiirimme onkin yksi iso ylpeyden aiheemme. Meillä on tilaa myös harrastaa juuri siten kuin itse haluaa eli ihan vain huvikseen kivassa treeniporukassa aikaa viettäen tai sitten täysiä ja tavoitteellisesti kisalavoja kohti suunnaten!
Twerkin kokeilutunnille voivat osallistua kaikki kiinnostuneet eli mitään aiempaa kokemusta ei tarvita. Tunnilla harjoitellaan twerkin eri tekniikoita ja näistä yhdistellään lopuksi lyhyt koreografia. Tunti tarjoaa niin tehokasta treeniä kuin hauskanpitoa ja heittäytymistä!
Mukaan mahtuu 20 henkilöä ja paikan voi varata laittamalla sähköpostia osoitteeseen info@readysetpole.fi.
Kokeilutunnin 5 € maksun (Jyväskylän SETA ry:n jäsenet 4 €) voi maksaa paikan päälle saapuessaan kortilla (myös suurin osa liikunta- ja virike-etuuksista käy maksuvälineenä).
Osallistujien käytössä on pukuhuoneet, suihkutila ja wc. Lukollisia kaappeja ei ole, joten isommat arvotavarat kannattaa jättää kotiin. Ovi tunnille avautuu n. 15 min etukäteen, jotta ehtii valmistautumaan. Huomaathan, että ulko-ovi menee lukkoon, kun tunti alkaa, joten kannattaa olla ajoissa paikalla!
Tunnille kannattaa varustautua seuraavasti:
- shortsit tai väljät housut joissa pakarat pääsevät hyllymään
- juomapullo
- tunnilla ollaan ilman kenkiä paljain jaloin
- pitkät hiukset kiinni
Meidät löytää osoitteesta Cygnaeuksenkatu 3, eli Kaupunginkirjaston läheltä (sama rakennus Yliopistopainon kanssa). Ulko-ovi löytyy sisäpihan puolelta, sieltä kulku portaita ylös toiseen kerrokseen.

Twerk class (16+)

We are a pole dance and yoga school located right in the center of Jyväskylä. We also offer aerial and floor acrobatics, dance and mobility classes! At our school we welcome everyone just as they are and our relaxed and warm atmosphere is one of the things we take pride in. At Ready Set Pole you can train exactly the way you want to so just for fun or with full on focus to get to competition stages!
This class is for everyone interested in trying out twerking – no previous experience required! At the class we will practice different twerk techniques and combine these moves into a short choreography at the end of the class. This class will give you a good workout but also fun times and a chance to let loose!
The maximum number of participants is 20 people, and you can book a spot by sending an email to info@readysetpole.fi.
The price for the class is €5 (€4 for Jyväskylän SETA members) and you can pay when you arrive with a card. We also accept the common sports benefits like Epassi and Smartum.
Participants have access to dressing rooms, a shower and toilet. We don’t have any storage space with locks so you should leave any larger valuables at home. The lobby door opens 15 minutes before class, so you have time to get ready. Please note that the door will be locked when we start the class, so you need to arrive on time!
How to prepare for the twerk class:
- shorts / non-skintight pants so that the bum has room to shake
- water bottle
- no shoes needed, best to be barefoot
- long hair tied up
You can find us at Cygnaeuksenkatu 3, near the city library (same building as Gym08 & Ylipistopaino). Our outside door can be found on the courtyard/parking lot side so not on the street. From there you just walk up the stairs to the second floor!
